The Aroma360 Brand Concierge (Retail Greeter) is the first impression of our brand and in charge of welcoming them to Aroma360. This part-time position is perfect for someone with natural charisma, poised presence, and a passion for offering tailored luxury service. You'll create a five-star client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors—offering a personal welcome, capturing key contact information, and guiding each client into their curated scent journey by introducing them to the right Scent Consultant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting all guests with warmth, poise, and professionalism the moment they enter the showroom.
- Provide a brief, elevated overview of Aroma360's mission, signature products, and VIP scenting experiences.
- Collect and log essential contact details (first name, phone number, and email) discreetly and accurately at the front door before the client walks in.
- If needed engage in light conversation to understand client needs, space type (home and/or business), and scent preferences- woodsy, floral, fresh or citrus.
- Seamlessly introduce and transition guests to the most appropriate Scent Consultant for personalized guidance.
- Manage front-of-house flow, ensuring every guest is acknowledged and never left unattended.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ambiance to reflect the high standards of a luxury brand.
- Assist with showroom tidiness, occasional admin duties, and special client services (water, Wine, etc.).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A friendly, polished, and professional communicator with an eye for detail and a love for hospitality.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and making them feel welcome and special.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or reception is a strong plus.
- Calm and confident in fast-paced environments with multiple clients.
- Passion or interest in luxury lifestyle, fragrance, or design is highly desirable.
- Tech-comfortable (CRM input, tablets, or check-in tools).
- ·Must be available for part-time shifts, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
