We are seeking ambitious, experienced, self-motivated individuals to join our Home Improvement Sales team. This role is simple but far from easy. It requires consistent effort, discipline, and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. You'll be going to 2-3 pre-set, qualified appointments per day, with no cold calls, door knocking, or having to find your own leads!

Position Details:

• Contractor Role (1099) – No salary or W-2 benefits, but significantly higher commission potential and tax advantages

• Commission-Based Pay Only – Uncapped earnings

• Full Training Provided – Intensive onboarding and 1-on-1 coaching to set you up for long-term success
