You will be responsible for the timely flow of merchandise to and from the sales floor and storage area, ensuring that the sales floor is always full of the appropriate merchandise.

    Your Responsibilities:

    · Bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory or merchandise support.

    · Continually improve processes and streamline merchandise processing, including tagging, hanging, backstocking merchandise, and sales floor replenishment.

    · Maintain a high level of backroom / off-site organization to locate items easily.

    · Backstocking of off-season apparel or other items.

    · Appropriately identifying merchandise from backstock to replenish the sales floor based on inventory on hand and our annual merchandise planner.

    · Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal merchandising changes, floor transitions, and events (sale or other) in accordance with our annual merchandising planner.

    · Assist with sales floor/backroom audits to maximize the number of units available to customers for shopping.

    · Assist on the sales floor by greeting customers and answering phones as needed.

    · Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

    · Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs.

    · Maintain the store's appearance by organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean.

    · Be reliable and have flexible schedule availability, which may include a combination of days, evenings, and holidays. You must also be available on weekends.

    · Participate in in-store events and promotions.

    · Work collaboratively with other team members and provide an outstanding customer experience.

    Minimum Requirements:

    · High school diploma or equivalent

    · Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day.

    · Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance. Heavier lifting may involve the assistance of a team member or cart/ dolly.

    · Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
