The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. This role plays a key part in building strong customer relationships, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Snyder Jewelers standard of excellence. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Performance • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets • Train, coach, and monitor staff on sales processes and key performance indicators • Drive sales through personal example and active engagement on the sales floor • Analyze performance and collaborate with ownership on sales strategies Customer Experience • Deliver and reinforce exceptional customer service standards • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers • Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally • Ensure a seamless experience from initial interaction to final delivery Team Management & Development • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members • Provide ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions • Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture Operations & Events • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures • Coordinate with vendors, jewelers, and internal teams to meet deadlines • Plan and execute store events to drive traffic and sales • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards This is a full-time role, Tuesday-Saturday.
