    We are not hiring an assistant. We are developing a future Store Manager.

    What You’ll Do

    Learn high-end retail sales and customer experience

    Master product knowledge in hot tubs, water care, and wellness

    Support daily showroom operations

    Manage inventory and merchandising standards

    Lead by example on the sales floor

    Develop leadership skills alongside senior management

    Career Path

    Year 1:

    Develop sales and operational expertise

    Begin leadership responsibilities

    Earn performance-based bonuses

    Year 2:

    Take ownership of store performance metrics

    Lead team training and execution

    Step into Store Manager role

    Compensation

    Base salary: $40,000–$48,000 depending on experience

    Performance bonuses and commission opportunities

    Store Manager earnings potential: $65,000–$80,000+

    This is a career-track position, not a static retail role.

    Physical Requirements

    Frequently lift and move 50–75 lb merchandise

    Assist with moving showroom displays and equipment

    Active, on-your-feet work environment
