Our Bentonville office works closely with retail partners and cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Asia to support product development, marketing execution, and business growth.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Associate to support product marketing, eCommerce content, and competitive analysis for key retail accounts.
This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in improving PDP content, supporting product development decisions, and driving retail readiness. The ideal candidate understands how product, content, and data come together to win at retail—especially within the Walmart ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize product listings for Walmart (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)
Ensure compliance with Walmart Style Guide and improve Content Quality Scores
Coordinate product images (silo, lifestyle, infographics) and enhanced content
Support review strategy and monitor customer feedback (Bazaarvoice, etc.)
Conduct comp shop analysis across Walmart, Target, and Amazon
Track pricing, features, materials, and customer reviews
Identify product gaps, trends, and opportunities for new development
Translate insights into clear recommendations for Sales and Product teams
Support product positioning, key selling points, and naming
Work with Product Development and China team on samples and revisions
Assist in packaging direction and marketing messaging
Help prepare line reviews and buyer presentations
Track sample status, PDP readiness, and key timelines
Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and overseas teams
Ensure alignment between product specs, content, and retail requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail, or eCommerce
Experience with Walmart or major retail accounts is a strong plus
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with overseas teams is a plus
