    Job Overview
    We are looking for a driven and charismatic Retail Marketing and Brand Ambassador to join our team at Michael Vardani. We are a jewelry company who has been in the jewelry business since 2018 and in this role, you will be the retail marketing of our brand. Responsible for building relationships with key retailers (such as Nordstrom) and securing shelf space for our products. You will combine your marketing expertise, sales skills, and passion for brand growth to elevate our presence in the retail market. If you’re a natural relationship-builder with a knack for persuasion and a love for strategic marketing, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to secure retail partnerships with major retailers like Nordstrom/Bloomingdales
    • Act as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, presenting our products and negotiating terms.
    • Collaborate with our team to create compelling sales materials, including pitch decks, product samples, and promotional campaigns.
    • Attend trade shows, networking events, and retail meetings to build relationships and promote our brand.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for retail placement.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and marketing align with retailer requirements.
    • Track and report on the success of retail partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or brand ambassadorship, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
    • Strong network and existing relationships with retail buyers (especially in luxury or mid-tier retail) are a huge plus.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership goals.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with major retailers like Nordstrom, Saks, or similar.
    • Knowledge of the retail buying process and retail marketing.
