RMS, Inc. is looking for a Field Technician to assist with shopping cart retrieval issues.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with the cart retrieval team, and customers to monitor and assist in areas with shopping cart high-loss and issues.

Carry out shopping cart retrieval duties as assigned.

Safely operate a truck for approximately 8 hours a day to assist with shopping cart pick-up within assigned routes.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to lift shopping cart on a frequent basis required.

Ability to operate a mobile device including app-based workflows.

Good knowledge of the local geography is preferred.

Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and ability to work well with others.
