Nexmos Design is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Retail Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize in-store marketing strategies that boost customer experience and maximize retail performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail environments, and market trends.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
Analyze market and sales data to optimize in-store promotions and merchandising.
Coordinate with design and production teams for the development of marketing materials.
Maintain consistency of brand messaging throughout the retail experience.
Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate with store managers to implement visual merchandising standards.
Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
