The Retail Operations Strategy Internship is a 10-week full-time opportunity that starts on June 5, 2023 and will end on August 11, 2023
Locations: Woonsocket, RI or work from home anywhere in the USA
The pay rate for this role is $55/hr. Please disregard the range listed.

In this role you will:
Own a project that contributes to the success of our business
Work directly with store teams to implement innovative new systems
Launch cutting-edge services that help patients lead healthier lives
Design workflow enhancements that reduce barriers and improve healthcare
Interact and network with our senior leaders
Past internship projects include:
Analysis and identification of anomalies in controlled drug prescribing patterns
Market research that determined the overall business impact of COVID-19
The development and prototype virtual verification pharmacy imaging system and determine the functionality of this new technology
A review current processes to find colleague pain points and development a strategy to alleviate these problems
Execution of a mini-test that offers free home delivery to patients with an out-of-stock medication
PAY RANGE
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 33.65
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Meet educational requirements (see education section)
2+ years’ professional work experience in related field. Examples include: consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Have leadership experience. Examples may include: project leadership, workplace responsibilities, active roles in student/social organization activities, or sports
Demonstrated ability to utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau
Ability to refine process, conduct root cause analysis, or draft standard operation procedures
EDUCATION
You should currently be pursuing an MBA, MPH, MHA, MSBA, or other related MS degree
Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2023 and August 2024
