Retail Parts Counter Sales Associate
$20/hr + parts sales bonus

About the Role:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts, process orders, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting sales and specials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately, including pricing, payment, and delivery

• Maintain and monitor inventory; report discrepancies

• Promote parts specials and upsell related products

• Assist customers in person and by phone in identifying correct parts

• Support service team to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts

• Handle returns and exchanges, maintaining proper records

• Provide professional, timely customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license meeting insurance standards

• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle applications

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with inventory management proficiency
