About the Role:

Ace Medical Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our team in beautiful Beverly Hills, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently

Handle insurance billing, prior authorizations, and resolve claim rejections

Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries at the counter and over the phone

Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory, including receiving and stocking medications

Prepare prescription labels and ensure proper medication packaging and labeling

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacy Technician license (or eligibility to obtain one)

Previous retail pharmacy technician experience preferred

Familiarity with Pioneer RX is a plus

Knowledge of insurance billing and third-party claims processing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team
