JOB DESCRIPTION

Retail Reinvented is expanding and on the hunt, for a Video Producer/Editor to join our team! The Video Producer/Editor will support the ideation, development, and implementation of multi-platform content with a focus on digital and social opportunities that align with content strategies and trends. RR is seeking a VP/VE to produce and edit content for catered to the gaming industry. This is a 100% remote position on a part-time contractual basis with the ability to convert to a full-time position after a two-week, PAID, trial period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Retail Reinvented in the creative development, production, preparation, and delivery of content for multi-platform channels (digital and social).
• Ensure the selection of content/highlights is consistent with client viewer trends to drive consumption to where the client audience is while applying sound editorial judgment.
• Perform pre-and-post production digital video editing optimized for sharing.
• Organize and evaluate content for assigned programs/platforms; determine the agenda and tone of the segment.
• Coordinate with Content Coordinators to shape the content and copy into video segments for digital and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube,TikTok)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 1-2 years of experience producing custom digital content.
• Strong knowledge of digital video production-related techniques and online content management systems
• An established ability to create and produce compelling stories; generates and executes ideas, from concept to execution
• Proficiency with technology platforms and graphic design software packages required.
• Demonstrated production/editing experience.
• Must be independent, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
• Demonstrated ability to meet strategic deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Extensive knowledge of games such as Destiny 2, New World, Apex Legends etc..
