We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused sales professionals to join our dynamic retail team to work with our AT&T client in local Target & Kroger locations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.

Responsibilities:

Engage customers, assess their communication needs

Demonstrate product knowledge for smartphones, tablets, plans

Process sales transactions and activate new services

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain store appearance and inventory

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency

Ability to stand for extended periods

Flexible schedule, including weekends

Sales or customer service experience preferred
