About the Role:

Cynthia Rowley is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Nashville, TN! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment where you'll make a real impact on the customer experience every single day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to drive sales and satisfaction

Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and dressing room

Restock shelves, racks and manage inventory to ensure product availability

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism

Requirements:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Able to work in a environment alone.

Comfortable with opening and closing the store

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
