We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Durocher TV & Appliance! You'll help customers find the right products without pressure--just honest, helpful service.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Recommend products based on customer needs

Answer phones and handle sales using POS system

Collect payments by cash and credit card

Stay up to date on features, warranties, and promos.

Take added responsibility for inventory, and store maintenance.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
