Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate , you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily retail operations. You will assist shoppers on the sales floor, ensure merchandise is organized and attractively displayed, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Your responsibilities also include operating the cash register, restocking items, and helping with donation intake as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and register area
• Restock merchandise and ensure items are neatly displayed and priced correctly
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
• Assist with sorting, tagging, and placing donated items on the sales floor
• Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures
• Support team members during busy periods with flexible task assignments
• Answer customer questions about store policies, products, and promotions

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Retail experience is a plus

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holiday
