Job Summary:
The Retail Salesperson will assist customers with purchasing merchandise.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
Sells to customers using suggestive selling, and tie-in selling and upselling.
Rotate stock when new merchandise comes in
Ensure sales areas are kept neat, clean, dusted, and inventory in the correct place.
Ensure merchandise has proper tags and labeling.
Ensure back stock is kept neat and orderly, checked, and stocked daily.
Maintain end caps and rotate end cap merchandise once a month.
Thorough knowledge about how to place special orders and utilize the Do It Best Catalog.
Place orders and assist charge customers with questions and issues.
Compliance with Hacienda uniform policy.
Ongoing completion of online training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
