The Role

This is a multi-store support position.

You will:

Step into different store locations as needed

Work independently on the sales floor

Assist customers through a consultative sales process

Help close deals and support store performance

Maintain showroom standards and professionalism

Schedule

Typically 3–4 days per week

Includes weekend availability

One consistent day supporting our St. Petersburg location

Designed to provide flexibility while maintaining consistent hours.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in mattress, furniture, or high-ticket retail sales

Confidence working independently on the sales floor

Strong closing ability and communication skills

Professional presence and accountability
