RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Reports To: Retail Store Manager Location: 161 Texas Rd., Old Bridge, NJ 08857 Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Weekdays + Weekends (Seasonal Flexibility Required) Pay: $720 – $1,000/week + sales commissions + bonuses + growth opportunities

Our retail store is focused on helping customers solve problems, not just selling products. We train our team to confidently guide customers, recommend the right solutions, and deliver a professional experience every time.

We also keep things fun — including seasonal transitions like converting into a Halloween store in the fall.

What You’ll Do

• Test pool water and explain results to customers
• Recommend chemicals, equipment, and solutions based on customer needs
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process transactions accurately through POS (Square)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
• Follow daily checklists and store procedures
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Support seasonal promotions and in-store events

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to follow systems and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
