Skincare Pop-Up Specialist (Atlanta Area)
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Retail Sales Pop-Up Specialist to represent our brand at pop-up events across the Atlanta metro area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving sales, and bringing a brand experience to life in dynamic event settings.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and return inventory from the storage location, set up, and break down retail pop-up booths at various event locations.
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, professional shopping experience
- Educate customers on skincare products, ingredients, benefits, and proper use
- Perform product demonstrations and offer personalized recommendations
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth throughout each event
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with merchandise tracking
- Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and handle issues promptly and professionally
- Actively work to meet or exceed sales goals during each pop-up event
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Pick up and return inventory from the storage location
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to various pop-up locations throughout the Atlanta area
- Comfortable working weekends, mornings, evenings, and event-based schedules
- Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Confidence in engaging customers and demonstrating products
