Oasis Home Center is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Our sales positions require outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, the ability to meet and set goals, and a desire to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet customers immediately in store, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Aid customers in purchasing merchandise in store, online, and via phone.

Become familiar with products, brands, prices, and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs.

Price and tag items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.

Provide continued customer service after the point of purchase by keeping customers informed on the status of their order.

Requirements

Understand different product lines and offerings.

Participate in initial, and continued product training.

A great attitude and the willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a team environment.

A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

Solid Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing customer service.

Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

Computer Proficiency

Proficient in Microsoft office

Customer service experience a plus

Background in appliance sales a plus
