Responsibilities: • Engage and connect with guests, creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service to sports lovers and beginners alike • Build and maintain a strong, in-depth product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations • Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest experience, including handling transactions efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system • Assess guests' needs to provide personalized solutions for purchases and returns • Dynamically support the sales floor, attending to multiple guests and store needs • Assist with restocking, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor • Ensure accurate product pricing, tagging, and merchandising • Support special events, sales promotions, and monthly inventory counts Qualifications: • Friendly, confident communicator with a positive attitude • Sales-driven with a passion for helping customers • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience, smooth store operations, and achieve store goals • Able to adapt to and multitask in a fast-paced retail environment • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts • Retail experience is a plus, but personality and enthusiasm are key Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
