About the Role
Are you a people person and a dog person? As a Sales Associate, located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support.This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable and good at multi-tasking. We believe in career development and top performers in this role have advancement opportunities. This position also participates in receiving tips.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
A love for dogs
A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow
Retail, restaurant, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs
Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
