    We're hiring sales-minded teammates who can take that stressful moment, make the customer feel handled, and recommend the right protection and accessory solutions.

    The Pay: Base Plus Uncapped Commission

    • Base pay: $15 to $18 per hour
    • Most new hires start in the $500 to $900 range in monthly commission and grow from there
    • Solid performers: $1,200+ per month in commission
    • Top performers: $2,250+ per month in commission, doubling their paycheck

    What You'll Do

    This is a front-of-house role. You own the customer experience from Hello to Handoff.

    • Greet customers, listen to their tech troubles, and make them feel handled
    • Understand their situation and explain options clearly
    • Recommend protection plans and accessories that prevent repeat issues
    • Hit daily sales goals and keep the store clean and professional

    Who You Are

    We don't care if you know how to repair a motherboard. We care if you know how to handle a Saturday rush, stay sharp under pressure, and build trust quickly.

    • You love the win. Motivated by goals and love seeing your commissions climb.
    • You're a communicator. You can explain tech issues in simple, friendly terms.
    • You have the formula. Background in retail or restaurants (register, closing shifts, server) and you know fast-paced environments require focus.
    • You're coachable. Ready to learn our system and execute it with rigor.

    This Is Not a Repair Job

    If you want to sit in the back and work on hardware, this is not the right role. Our Sales Associates are the face of the business. You'll be at the front, driving sales, greeting every customer, and owning the experience end to end.

    • Location: Austin, TX, Domain Area (in-person)
    • Schedule: Full-time, 8 to 10 hour shifts
