Do you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers discover products they'll love? The Fountaine Collective is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent nationally recognized brands at retail promotions, shopping centers, and live events across Indianapolis. You'll interact with customers, answer questions, demonstrate products and services, and create positive customer experiences while developing valuable retail and sales skills.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll:

Represent nationally recognized brands at promotional events and retail locations

Welcome customers and create positive first impressions

Introduce products and services while identifying customer needs

Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits

Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism

Assist customers throughout the purchasing or sign-up process

Help achieve individual and team sales goals

Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction
