We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of services including packing and shipping, printing, faxing, emailing, mailbox services, and processing eCommerce returns.

Our store offers a relaxed yet fast-paced work environment with a friendly customer base. While the work load is generally steady, it can become fast-paced during peak seasons such as Christmas and other major holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailing services

Operate computers, printing, and faxing equipment

Handle mailbox rentals and related services

Process Amazon and other eCommerce returns

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications: ★ Prioritized Skills

★ Strong attention to detail ★

Able to stand for longer periods of time

Able to lift up to 50lbs (or more) on a fairly regular basis (0-10+ times a day)

Able to multitask in a busy environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Dependable and punctual

Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
