We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for full-time Fashion Consultants (sales associates) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service

Help customers find outfits, gifts, and/or specific styles

Organize racks, merchandise clothing

Ring out customers and teach them how to sell to us

Help make content for Instagram and TikTok

Sales Associate Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Retail, customer service, or sales experience required

Reliable attendance, transportation, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Basic computer and POS proficiency

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Customer-focused, dependable, and team-oriented with a professional attitude

Ability to accurately process sales, trades, and returns while following company policies and maintaining store presentation

Knowledge of fashion brands and current trends is a plus

Bilingual a plus
