Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly manner

Drive retail sales by recommending organic and wellness products tailored to customer needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability

Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals

Support a positive in-store experience that encourages repeat customers and brand loyalty

Requirements:

Prior retail sales, customer service, or related experience preferred

Genuine interest in organic products, natural health, or wellness

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Basic math and cash-handling skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
