Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to support smooth daily store operations. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with overall store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product recommendations on wigs and hairpieces.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure products are well stocked.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking, returns, and stocktaking.

Work reliably according to the assigned schedule to ensure consistent customer service.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

availability to work on weekends.

Prior experience with wigs, hair products, or related beauty products is a plus.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.

Familiarity with POS systems or cash handling is preferred.
