Position: Mattress Sales Specialist + Sleep Wellness Advisor Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina
Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual who excels in building rapport and loves helping people. If you're reliable, trustworthy, and have a growth mindset, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
Sales Excellence: Guide customers to merchandise, maintain strong product knowledge, and contribute to sales goals.
Store Management: Organize and maintain an orderly store floor, manage displays, and ensure tidiness.
Customer Retention: Handle customer complaints with grace and retain customers through excellent service.
Marketing: Assist with local marketing efforts to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Proven success in retail, sales, or customer service.
Background in mattress or furniture sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with point-of-sale and consumer financing systems.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
Must pass basic drug and background screening.
