What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, expert assistance with packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services.
Operational Support: Handle POS transactions and cash management with accuracy.
Problem Solving: Act as a one-stop resource for copying, faxing, notary, and passport services.
Sales & Consulting: Learn our diverse range of products and unique gift shop inventory to provide helpful cross-selling and upselling suggestions.
Store Ownership: Take pride in your workspace by managing opening/closing procedures on a rotating shift schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
Personality: A genuine smile, great communication skills, and a "people-first" mindset.
Aptitude: A quick learner who is tech-savvy and comfortable with new software.
Capability: Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain consistent punctuality.
Experience: Previous retail or POS experience is preferred, though we will provide full training for the right candidate.

Fluent in Spanish.
Current Notary Public commission.
Design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
