Responsibilities: • Set up at multiple locations • Be a brand ambassador, engaging with people and educating them on our product • Work in the store selling phone plans, accessories, and insurance • Problem-solve common device issues. Qualifications: • Good people skills • Excellent customer service skills • Skilled in upselling accessories, protection plans, and add-on services • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Able to problem solve • Able to navigate different operating systems, like Android and Apple Compensation: $16 - $25 hourly plus commission
