Job Description
As a Retail Sales Representative for our Larson brand, you will enjoy maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory, focusing on our relationship with Lowe’s retail locations. Key responsibilities include training, coaching, and driving sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments. The Retail Sales Representative will manage account relationships and provide support for the full Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product line. The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking with enhanced multi-tasking abilities, and strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales within the millwork or building materials space, be extremely autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 3-4 nights a month. You will have a background of growing and maintaining relationships through high-touch communications and knowledge sharing.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
