Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers, eager to learn new products, and confident in communicating features, benefits, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate customers on vape products, accessories, and new arrivals
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Clearly explain current promotions, deals, and special offers
• Promote and enroll customers in the Vapergate Loyalty Points Program
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising

• Familiarity with vape products and accessories a plus but not necessary, it is easy to learn.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
