Job Overview

PWR Solutions, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to work in major retail locations in the Miami area. This is an entry-level, in-person sales role representing a national wireless provider.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, hitting performance goals, and developing real-world sales and communication skills. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided, and earnings increase based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers inside retail store locations

Present wireless products, plans, and promotions

Provide customer service and assist with product selection

Meet individual and team sales goals

Maintain a professional and positive in-store presence
