About the Role:

JKME CORP is looking for an energetic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Compton, CA! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience

Drive retail sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions

Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs

Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding targets

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic math skills and comfort operating a POS system

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
