Store Manager Job Summary
As the Store Manager at Bayshore, Long Island you’ll run the day-to-day operations at our retail wireless store. This is a hands-on manager position where you will be managing store operations, coaching your team, and driving sales performance.

What You’ll Do
Hire, train, coach, and retain top retail talent
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
Coach team members on consultative selling and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of retail management or leadership experience (wireless preferred)
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
Strong sales mindset with experience hitting or exceeding goals
Comfortable with performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
