Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information about available offerings

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise when necessary

• Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets

• Maintain organized displays and ensure the retail area is clean and presentable

• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
