Responsibilities:

Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, and organizing shelves

Monitor and replenish inventory to ensure product availability

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Support loss prevention efforts by following store security protocols

Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Basic math skills and comfort with POS or cash handling systems

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
