    Store Associate – Customer Service & Equipment Support Renewed Outdoors LLC – Perrysburg, OH Full-Time Pay: $16–$22/hour (Based on Experience) About Renewed Outdoors Renewed Outdoors is a locally owned and growing landscape supply company serving homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and businesses throughout Northwest Ohio. We manufacture and provide high-quality landscape products, including mulch, soil, stone, compost, grass seed, fertilizer, erosion control products, and other outdoor supplies. The Role Our Store Associates are an important part of the daily success of Renewed Outdoors. This position combines customer service, product knowledge, sales support, inventory, and hands-on work. This is not a traditional retail position where you only stand behind a counter. Our team works together and helps wherever needed - whether that is assisting customers, answering phones, operating the POS system, stocking inventory, loading products, or learning equipment. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, enjoys helping people, and wants to continue growing. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support • Assist retail, contractor, and wholesale customers with product questions and purchases • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service • Answer phones and accurately enter customer orders • Operate point-of-sale (POS) and other business software systems • Learn company products and help customers choose the right solutions • Support customer relationships and identify additional product needs Store Operations & Inventory • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory • Assist with inventory accuracy and product availability • Maintain clean and organized store areas and displays • Help prepare products and orders for customers • Support daily store processes and improvements Equipment & Team Support • Assist customers with loading bagged and bulk products • Operate or learn equipment, including forklifts, loaders, or similar equipment (training provided) • Help with product movement and organization • Support other team members and departments when needed • Work together as a team to complete daily goals Qualifications: • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable using computers or willing to learn • Prior customer service, retail, sales, landscape, agriculture, or equipment experience is helpful but not required • Willingness to learn product knowledge and equipment operation • Must enjoy a position that includes variety and staying active Work Environment Renewed Outdoors is a hands-on, team-focused workplace. Team members should be comfortable with: • Working both indoors and outdoors as business needs require • Working in various seasonal weather conditions • Being around landscape materials, equipment, dust, and outdoor product areas • Standing, walking, and staying active throughout the day • Occasionally lifting products weighing 30–60 lbs Schedule • Full-time position • Store operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Saturdays are part of normal business operations (open until 3:00 PM) and are scheduled based on store coverage needs • Sunday availability is required during peak seasonal periods only • Schedules are created based on business needs, store coverage, and seasonal demand Compensation: $16 - $22 hourly
