We are looking for an experienced retail sales associate to work in our Chesterfield Store. We sell a variety of products including CBD and wellness products out of a 1,000 square foot store. We provide an extensive month-long training program that will allow you to engage properly with customers for consultations if needed.

We are a family-owned company with a headquarters and office where we fulfill online orders in Maryland Heights. You will also be able to work there as well.

The ideal candidate is able to run a small store by themselves, has the capacity to learn about our more than 1500 products, and wants to be part of a successful, diverse company.

This job is more than "checking people out". It requires good communication skills to engage with customers on the floor and work with them to find the product they need. Candidates must have retail experience in similar situations.

Good hourly pay, paid-time-off, benefits, and responsibility. Previous retail sales associates have grown into strong management positions over time.
