The Role:

As Boutique Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our store—responsible for all aspects of operations while also serving as the creative lead in visual merchandising, social media engagement, and community outreach. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and who is ready to elevate the store’s presence through innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

Oversee all daily operations including opening/closing, inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.

Maintain impeccable store standards and ensure a luxury customer experience at all times.

Be physically present and engaged during peak business hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain compelling and brand-aligned visual displays throughout the store.

Ensure all areas are regularly refreshed to reflect product flow and seasonality.

Product knowledge, ordering and reordering

Leadership & Team Development:

Recruit, train, and coach a small, high-performing team.

Cultivate a positive team culture centered around client service and accountability.

Marketing & Growth:

Use social media to creatively promote products and events, build community, and drive foot traffic.

Plan and execute in-store events and activations to attract and retain clientele.

Seek and act on opportunities to grow the business through local partnerships and unique experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of management experience in a retail or boutique setting, preferably in luxury or lifestyle categories.

Strong operational acumen and attention to detail.

Passion for high-end men's fashion and gifting.

A creative mindset with a natural flair for visual merchandising and social media.

Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow the business as if it were your own.
