We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our teams in Marlton.

Job Description: As a Retail Store Manager at Monmouth Cards, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Monmouth Cards store. Your primary goal will be to ensure the store operates smoothly, delivers excellent customer service, and meets sales targets. You will lead a team of sales associates, manage inventory, and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Organize in-store events, promotions, and community outreach programs to drive foot traffic and sales.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate product displays. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.

Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management. Implement corrective actions to address any issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of the trading card industry is a plus.

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
