Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Oversee inventory, product displays, and customer service to maintain a consistent and professional brand image.

Lead social media initiatives for the store, including content creation and fan engagement, to boost both online and in-store presence.

Utilize digital tools and data analytics to optimize sales performance and membership management.

Train, coach, and lead the store team to improve service quality and execution.

Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

Requirements

Minimum 2 year of retail management experience; experience in beauty, wigs, or hair products is a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating an excellent shopping experience.

Chinese language skills preferred.
