    Position Overview

    The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the Ashley Furniture Outlet in Blytheville, AR.

    You will:

    Build and lead a high-performing sales team

    Drive revenue and exceed KPIs

    Create a culture of energy, accountability, and results

    Act as the face of the brand locally

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    Leadership & Culture

    Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail sales team

    Create a fast-paced, positive, and accountable culture

    Lead from the front on the sales floor

    Coach and develop team members on sales performance and customer experience

    Hold high standards while maintaining strong morale

    Sales & Performance

    Drive store revenue and profitability goals

    Analyze KPIs (SPG, close rate, traffic, etc.) and adjust strategy daily

    Lead daily sales huddles and performance check-ins

    Execute promotions and local marketing initiatives

    Build momentum and maintain a results-driven environment

    Operations

    Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards

    Maintain a clean, organized, and visually strong showroom

    Ensure operational consistency and execution

    What We’re Looking For

    3+ years of retail management experience (high-volume preferred)

    Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

    Strong leadership presence and communication skills

    Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams

    High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

    Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
