What You’ll Do:

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and team scheduling.

Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.

Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and inviting.

What We’re Looking For:

Retail management experience (2+ years preferred).

A passion for food, flavors, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.

A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
