Qualifications:

Must have experience with building a team (hiring, training, coaching, and terminating)

Must value Leadership Development & have experience growing a team

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively

Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy

Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Able to work 40-45 hours a week & on Weekends (no exceptions on weekends)
