Do you love plants, fresh air, and helping people create beautiful spaces? Earthtones Greenery is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team!
If you enjoy working with plants and connecting with customers, this is a great opportunity to work in a positive, in & outdoor-oriented environment.
Responsibilities 🌱: Help customers choose the perfect plants and gardening products Provide friendly, helpful customer service Operate the register and handle retail transactions Stock and organize plants and garden merchandise Water and care for nursery plants Carefully assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles
Qualifications: Previous retail experience preferred Friendly personality and strong customer service skills Basic knowledge of plants or gardening preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to work weekends Ability to lift 50lbs
Hours: Sundays: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesdays through Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday: OFF
Health benefits are offered after 60 days of employment, with 401(k) eligibility beginning one year after your start date.
