Responsibilities:

Oversees daily operations and supports both customers and staff.

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and offering product recommendations.

Guiding employees, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing grocery store environment.

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

Assist with restocking shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory levels.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Uphold food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of work.

Support Manager in daily tasks as needed.

Skills:

Strong sales skills with the ability to engage employees and drive sales.

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store tidy.
